The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was particularly good with all basics, and the location was great; also, the breakfast included freshly made food for the value.

the offered breakfast was nice and included a huge variety of options. there were new-fashioned, compact rooms with electric kettle, coffee, as for instance. the location was magnificent for us - close to restaurants and bars. by the way, a lake and a river were close to the place.

Hotel staff was very helpfull during my stay

Cozy bed, room had everything I needed, from A/C to Wi-Fi - all good. Plus, the spot was just perfect - an easy 10-15 minute stroll to a famous sight! 🛏️

Good location in Geneva; Quiet as ther was little passing traffic. Very pleasant staff. Comfortable. Energy efficient (master turn off switch)

Lift was a little cramped. The wash hand basin plug did not close properly.

The room is compact and bright, with a safe and multiple English-speaking TV channels, conveniently located within walking distance of a main station.

I like the simplicity of the hotel.

The lift did not work 50% of the two days I spent. Again, there wa no welcome water; at least a bottle of water per day, that has been my experience in other hotels.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was good - although it is Geneva so expensive by any other standards. Located just by the River, and a 20 min walk to the Water Fountain Jet and the Old City. Small, friendly hotel, if I was to return to Geneva and had won a small financial fortune i would stay here.

I had to ask the air con to be turned out on due to a noisy bar across the street (which wasn't every night). Unfortunately they couldn't do that due to it being out of season and normally it's not that warm. They did offer to change my room however, and next day to my surprise the air con in my room worked. I don't think by anywhere else standards this is a four star hotel if i compare it to say America or Italy, and although it is Geneva it was incredibly expensive for what it is. But that's more Geneva not the hotel.

Clean establishment in a fantastic location. Knowing some parts of the town around the Train station are filled with drug dealers and hookers at night, this was just far enough to avoid all of these problems. Great location and good service.

Free Internet wifi only available at reception area. Wifi in the rooms had to be paid for but the rate was not excessive.

I recently stayed at New Midi for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were surprisingly equipped with two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bath. The hotel made a smart decision to merge two small rooms into one, resulting in spacious accommodations. They provide everything you need, even a toothbrush in case you forgot yours. I loved that the room had external blinds, which could be controlled with a remote to make the room completely dark for a good night's sleep. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Very comfortable, friendly hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. Located in a lovely little square near the lakeside and within short walking distance of the old town and cathedral etc. You can use their computer in the lobby if you need the internet and Starbucks next door has free wi-fi but I don't think there's wi-fi in the rooms. Bed was lovely and comfy, shower was fab; free coffee, oj and water ( and croissants early morning) in foyer. Geneva is very expensive and so this hotel isn't cheap but it isn't as expensive as some others and is well- positioned and I enjoyed staying there. No smoking inside the hotel but there are tables and chairs (and ashtrays) right outside under an awning. Overall, a great big thumbs up!
